does anyone know if a medium brown hair dye will cover like reddish/goldish/brown tones?

you're going to need a cool brown or ash brown. keep in mind it will look darker than your new growth if you put it all over.

it will fade.. that what happened to me a month ago.. you could recolor over it but its more damaging.

If it has the word "ash" anywhere in the title, yes it will. Stay away from anything that has the words "reddish" or "golden".

any ash color...(i.e Medium ash brown) will cover red tones. Ash has green in it and green covers up red.
