Specific regulations or rules will be the most helpful to me in researching this. Also, what specific ages do they apply to, and colors of hair dye(s) if applicable.
What are the South Dakota and/or federal regulations on dying children's hair with permanent hair dye?
I have never heard of any laws any where restricting the use of hair dye. It may not be a bad idea to check with a child's doctor before using one, the chemicals may not be safe if left on too long and absorded through the scalp, but to the best of my knowledge there are no laws.
